Neon sign outside said "No Waiting," but after check-in sat there for a half hour; finally left without a haircut. Watched stylist clip on this dude with male pattern baldness for half an hour. A competent barber could have trimmed this guy up in 10 minutes. Customers kept piling up behind me, and no one was coming out of the chairs. Also no one was going back to the shampoo/MVP area, just tying up chairs. And only 3 stylists on a Saturday afternoon, 4pm? They close at 6pm! There seemed to be no rush to get everyone serviced before closing. I feel bad for the guys who were going to wait all that time and not even get seen. If there is that bad of a wait, turn OFF the sign. False advertising. Half an hour without even getting a haircut? That's bad by any standards, Fantastic Sams, Great Clips, Super Cuts, etc... I've been a fair number of Sport Clips up and down the East Coast, and this was the slowest I've ever seen. I cannot recommend this location.
